Meet The Twins

So I went back to my favorite thrift store and what did I find this time? 


Rattan dining chairs for $4 each. They are very sturdy and just need a little makeover. 


My plan is to give them a cool white wash but maybe with a little color. Highlight the lines and reupholster with bleached drop cloths. I am going to change the shape of the seat cushion so I don't need to sew the covers. I will just staple the seat covers to the board, using my NEW electronic staple gun. I am so excited!

    What a great deal! I think the thrift stores in my area need to take advice from your thrift stores! Mine are so overpriced! I can't believe what they want for things sometimes.
