Happy Thrifting Birthday To Me!

This past Saturday was my 35th birthday and my wonderful husband and sister gave me the ENTIRE day off.  So guess what I did?
Oh, that's right. I went and dug through stores full of glorious cast offs. Looky, looky what I found.

An antique trunk.

Hand woven rug and cute bamboo rocking horse.

Another gorgeous hand woven rug.

And a pretty new desk for my office. FYI it only looked like this for about 30 minutes before I had my way with it.

Check back later this week for the reveal.

  6. That bamboo rocking horse just gave me serious flashbacks! I think I had one just like it when I was little. Wonder if my mom still has it...

  11. We have much in common! My first boy was 2 years and 2 months old when the twins were born. Life is crazy, and my house is overrun with LEGOs, super heroes, and smelly socks. I look at my boys every day and shake my head in disbelief. "How did I end up with 3 boys?" I think, and then I realize they are the best 3 gifts I've received in my life! We are blessed, you and I. Very blessed. :-)
