Great information! And you look pretty, too. I must have missed one...I'll be looking for that one next. You are still my upholstery mentor...just haven't reupholstered anything lately. Too busy painting and not telling anyone about it, yet. (And I thought I would have all this extra time when the kids went back to school. Ha!) Anyway, love the video. I'll try to think of a good name for the stapler. Hmm...maybe it should be "Peggy".
I loved your video too...thanks for the tips! Please type out the brand of your staple gun. I tried to Google what I thought you said, but couldn't find it. Thanks again. Love your blog!
Thanks for the video! You look so pretty! I feel like I would feel seriously awkward trying to make a video like this hehe! I've been pretty scared to try the whole upholstery thing, even though I have a perfect candidate for it sitting in my living room right now. I'm trying to build up the courage to figure it out...
Look at you jumping into the world of the vlog! You seem very comfortable in front of the camera. As your the content, so informative. Thank you! I'll be referring back to this if I can ever get over my fear of tearing fabric off of our arm chair! (I feel like I need to have enough back up money to get the job professionally done -- just in case. :))
Early one trash morning, before the truck arrived, I screeched the truck to a halt and without a woed my daughter jumped out and picked the pathetic looking (but solid!) chair from the trash pile.
We have been reading your blog and are ready for this challenge! Yesterday I used a whole stack of Jo-Ann Fabric coupons to get the materials I need at a huge discount. And so we begin! Will be checking back on your writings as we progress..
Hi Sarah, this is the first time visiting your blog and I'm a follower! I'm not sure how I got here (I know you understand how that happens, one blog, leads to another, etc.) Anyhow, I'm so excited that you had a video on re-upholstering. I've been buying thrift store chairs, etc. in hopes that I would learn to cover them. Yay! for your post. While I'm here, I'd love for you to link up a project at my 1st Linky Party. Hope to see you there. I'll be back! www.projectqueen.org
