| Tee Tree Oil |
With fall comes SPIDERS! The weather starts to cool off and they move into the house. I don't really have a problem with spiders but I don't want to see their webs all over my house! I am also not a fan of pesticides, especially with the little ones crawling all over the place. So what is a girl to do???
Make some bug spray!!
Materials:
- Empty spray bottle
- Tee tree oil
- Water
- Spiders
Directions:
- Mix 1-2 teaspoons of tee tree oil to every cup of water and add to spray bottle.
- Spray anywhere you don't want to see spiders set up shop!
I use it in the garage and in the corners of rooms where the little guys like to live. This is not an insecticide so it won't kill the spiders. If you already have some living with you, clean them up and then spray this where they were. They should not be back! Tee tree oil smells great and can be used for lots of other things as well. Check out this website for more information
The Herb Place.
You can buy tee tree oil at Whole Foods or order some from Meredith at
Young Living.
Happy Spider Hunting!!
